Insulated Render Systems
Here at JB Contracting, we pride ourselves on using the best possible quality to provide the best possible service. Our Insulated render systems are now used via spray rendering, increasing the total coverage our render can cover. We also offer silicon render too, which is self-cleaning and has a 15-year lifespan!
Victorion Family Home
We completed an amazing project on a three-bedroom flat, turning it back into a classic Victorian-style home with a modern twist to it across 8 months in a full-scale project! From carefully restoring fireplaces to reinstating traditional features, we used only the finest Victorian materials to meet council requirements and bring the property’s heritage back to life. Not only this, but a stunning extension was also carried out, bringing Victorion charm back to life!
Hope Cove Project
Another fanatstic job completed here at JB contracting, we collaborted succesfully with Kurt Vallance to transform this build. Extenral render was stripped right back before applying a fresh slick finish. Not only this but thin coat slicone render was applied alongside custom blockwork details, cladding work and an upgraded solar panel roof. This was finished with inteiror carpentry work, showing our great variety!
Summer Home Conversion
A full-scale transformation! We turned this residence into a stunning luxury holiday home, we built a left-sided extension whilst also fitting in a bunker with its own cinema room and a children's bedroom! We also built a patio with a fire pit before completing the build with a luxury silicone render finish alongside high-end interior work, including an oak staircase and flooring with granite tiles, making this client's dream a reality!
